Why this is a target

Microsoft has strong consumer leverage — Office 365, Xbox, Surface, and Windows are all consumer products consumers can walk away from or choose alternatives. The broken commitment narrative is powerful: Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella expressed sympathy for DACA recipients while maintaining ICE contracts.
